Ms. Miller is the President and CEO for the company and has over 40 years experience in the mortgage industry. She has FHA DE, VA LAPP SAR certifications.  She has an MBA in finance and business and has held the following positions :  -Global Head of Underwriting and Closing - VP of Mortgage Underwriting - Underwriting Manager -Owner of a Mortgage Brokerage-Owner of a Processing Company, Operations Manager and Regional Underwriting Manager. Her years of experience makes her a prime candidate as our lead instructor for this company. 

Mr. Holste is the Vice President for the company and has over 11 years of experience in the industry. He has his FHA DE certification and VA LAPP SAR Certifications.

•Review credit documents in accordance with, FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and USDA/RD guidelines

.•Review borrower’s income and assets in accordance with FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC and USDA/RD guidelines.

•Reviews  property title and appraisal in accordance with, FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC and USDA/RD guidelines

.•Able to make loan decisions independently (Approve or Decline).•Sign off on conditions. Excellent Trainer-

•Excellent knowledge in verifying the consistency of information throughout the mortgage loan file

•Efficient in the utilization of  FNMA CU, FHA Connection, VA, WebLGY and GUS to complete, correct, or verify the validity of required forms.
